Order processing time
As a result of your online purchase, please allow 6-12 weeks after your purchase online before you receive a call to confirm your delivery. This period includes the processing of the order, its order from the supplier (if not available in store) as well as its delivery and varies according to the availability of the goods and the delivery address.
The time may be much shorter if the merchandise is available in the store, about 4 to 5 business days before you receive your call to set the expected delivery date. The timeframe also varies depending on the city or region. Meubles Marchand is committed to delivering your merchandise on the confirmed date with you. On the other hand, some unforeseen circumstances could arise : difficult climatic conditions, delay in delivery of a supplier not respected, mechanical breakdown of a truck, etc. For these reasons, Meubles Marchand can not be held responsible for the failure to respect the expected date.
Territory served by delivery
Delivery is only possible on the territory of Abitibi-Témiscamingue and certain territories in Nord-du-Québec. If you wish to have goods delivered outside of this territory, please contact Meubles Marchand before making your purchase to verify the possibilities.
Costs associated with delivery
In order to meet the continual increases in freight, gasoline and environmental expenses, a $ 39.99 tax fee is applied for each delivery in the Abitibi-Témiscamingue territory. Delivery charges apply when exchanging merchandise too. See "Exchanges" section for more details. If you are absent at the time of delivery, additional charges will apply to plan a new delivery.
Pick up your old furniture
If you would like our delivery team to pick up your old furniture, then $ 59.99 is charged, which includes the delivery of your new furniture. Please note that there is no collection fee for old appliances and old mattresses. Meubles Marchand is not responsible for personal effects left in the merchandise picked up by deliverers. If we need to take back the old appliances from the customer, they must be disconnected and removed from their space of use.
Retrieve merchandise in store
You can easily pick up your ordered merchandise in one of our stores in Val-d'Or, Rouyn-Noranda or Villemontel. Just mention it to the member of our delivery team when you receive your call at the end of the order processing process.

The customer's entrance must be clear and accessible at the time of delivery.
The signature of a person of legal age (18 years or older) is required upon delivery.
If necessary, the only doors that our drivers are allowed to remove are those with pivot hinges.
Our deliverers will unpack the merchandise, except the items that must be assembled by the customer or the plastic films of the manufacturer.
Our deliverers do not make any installation, connection or move furniture or appliance unless agreed and it must be entered on the contract and the fee of 29.95 $ must have been paid.
If difficult conditions arise on delivery, our delivery personnel will inform the customer and ask them to sign a disclaimer or to return to the store to choose other items.

Each case of exchange of merchandise deserves to be evaluated according to its special features. We invite you to contact your Meubles Marchand store within 48 hours after delivery to exchange it at 1 888 868-8777.
In the event of damage or defects, you must report customer service within 48 hours of delivery (see return policy).
The unused product must be returned in its original condition and packaging. The exchange of the goods must be approved by Meubles Marchand. The assessment will be based on criteria such as the type of product, condition, color and other factors that may influence its resale price.
All costs of delivery, administration, handling or storage are non-refundable. The customer is responsible for the delivery charges applicable to the return and the packaging required.
